Discarb Carbon Panel

The galvanised cased Discarb panels are designed to remove unwanted odours and hazardous substances from the supply, extract and recirculated air.

Discarb panels contain bonded carbon cells (minimum 50% CTC rated carbon), sealed into a galvanised sheet metal casing and are available in Standard or Heavy Duty options depending upon the airflow and application.

The advantage of this type of filter is that with the panels sealed into the housing then there is no possibility of any air leakage with the cell. Ideal dwell time 0.1 – 0.2 seconds is recommended depending upon application.

Odourpleat Carbon Pleated Panel

Designed to remove odours and low gaseous contaminants, the Odourpleat Carbon Pleated Panel helps to improve Indoor Air Quality in a wide variety of applications.

Manufactured from a synthetic non-woven synthetic media impregnated with carbon, laminated to a wire support grid and enclosed in a rigid waxed board outer frame to offer maximum strength and support.

A finger separator is inserted into the 100mm filter to aid pleat stability.

Carbon Rigid Compact Filter

The environmentally friendly Activated Carbon Rigid Compact Filter offers a 2 in 1 product using F7 grade mini-pleat media impregnated which approx. 3.5 kg of activated carbon to remove problematic gases and odours and improve indoor air quality.

It can be retrospectively installed into existing filter housings and frames with no major modifications as a retrofit to bag filters and offers a totally rigid construction. Lightweight and easy to handle compared to conventional carbons.

Robust and fully durable and incinerable making them suitable for disposal without going to landfill.
