Standard Pleated Panel

ISO 16890 Filter Class ISO Coarse 70% G4 Efficiency EN779:2012

The Filterite Pleated Panel range are fully tested and compliant with ISO16890. Manufactured from a fully synthetic polyester material, laminated to a wire support grid and enclosed in a rigid waxed board outer frame to offer maximum strength and support.

A finger separator is inserted into the 100mm filter to aid pleat stability. It offers a consistent performance as a pre-filter and provides a medium level of filtration efficiency in air conditioning systems to a wide range of applications.

HC Pleated Panel

Offering approx. 40% more filter media than our standard pleated panels the HC panel offers greater dust holding capacity along with extended filter life.

Manufactured from a fully synthetic polyester material, laminated to a wire support grid and enclosed in a rigid waxed board outer frame to offer maximum strength and support. A finger separator is inserted into the 100mm filter to aid pleat stability.

HC Self Supporting Pleated Panel

ISO 16890 Filter Class ISO Coarse 60% G4 Efficiency EN779:2012

A new addition to our range is the High Capacity Self Supporting (HCSS) Pleated Panel.

Offering consistent performance levels whilst providing high indoor air quality, the design of the new HCSS with its thermally set self-supporting pleats, means increased filter life cycles and reduced maintenance costs can be achieved.

With over 95% more filter media than a conventional pleated panel and a uniformed pleat configuration a greater dust holding capacity is achieved which in turn creates a longer service life, hence saving energy and money Ideally suited for high moisture content installations.

Odourpleat Carbon Pleated Panel

Designed to remove odours and low gaseous contaminants, the Odourpleat Carbon Pleated Panel helps to improve Indoor Air Quality in a wide variety of applications.

Manufactured from a synthetic non-woven synthetic media impregnated with carbon, laminated to a wire support grid and enclosed in a rigid waxed board outer frame to offer maximum strength and support.

A finger separator is inserted into the 100mm filter to aid pleat stability.
